DISABLED ACCESS

There is suitable access and facilities for the disabled.

TELEPHONE

Our switchboard has a direct dialling facility to nominated numbers, details of which will be given on request. Please follow the instructions when telephoning the main Practice number so that your call can be routed to the correct extension as quickly as possible. All other calls will be held in a queue and answered by reception as soon as possible and a message passed to the appropriate person. If you wish to speak directly with a Doctor you will be requested to provide information on the nature of the problem so that the urgency of the call can be assessed. Contact details of the caller will also be requested. A Doctor will phone back.

At busy times there may be a delay before your call can be answered.

For security and training purposes telephone calls may be recorded and monitored.

All out-of-hours calls are answered by the on-call service HARMONI on 020 7388 5800. This service is run by local GPs for all our patients - our answering machine will give you further advice on how and when this service is available. Please note this is for EMERGENCY problems which cannot wait until the surgery is next open and we would ask your co-operation and consideration in the use of this valuable service.
